Payment is required to secure your diamond and begin production. For sourced diamonds, I will first provide options for review before anything is secured.

Due to availability, stones may sell if not reserved.

Simple settings such as solitaire rings, earrings, and pendants typically take 3-4 weeks.
Custom designs generally take 5-6 weeks.

Signature confirmation is required upon delivery to ensure security.

Each piece is made to order and carefully crafted. If anything arrives damaged or there's an issue with your piece, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.
For long-term wear, I recommend treating your jewelry with care. General wear and tear, resizing, or accidental damaged aren't covered, but I'm always happy to help.
