Payment is required to secure your diamond and begin production. For sourced diamonds, I will first provide options for review before anything is secured.
Payment is currently accepted via Venmo. Additional options may be available upon request.

Diamonds are not held without payment. Once you select your preferred stone, it can be secured with full payment.
Due to availability, stones may sell if not reserved.

Made-to-order pieces feature timeless design styles and are crafted specifically for each order. A rendering is provided for approval before production begins.
Custom designs are created entirely around your vision and include a fully customized CAD design process before production.

Loose diamonds and gemstones may be returned within 48 hours of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original, unaltered condition, accompanied by all grading reports and documentation, and not damaged, modified, mounted, or altered in any way. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the stone has been received and inspected.
Custom jewelry is made specifically for each client and is therefore considered final sale.

Estimated timeframe is 4-5 weeks.

All jewelry is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance when applicable.
Signature confirmation is required upon delivery to ensure security.

All jewelry purchases include a two-year workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. If a manufacturing issue is identified within two years of delivery, I will work with my production partners to evaluate and resolve the issue whenever possible.
Normal wear and tear; scratches, dents, or surface damage; loss or theft of jewelry; accidental damage or impact; damage caused by improper care or misuse; and repairs, resizing, or modifications by another jeweler are not covered. However, I’m always happy to help evaluate the situation and discuss available repair options. Because every situation is unique, stone loss claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To keep your jewelry looking its best, I recommend removing it during strenuous activity, sleeping, swimming, and when using household chemicals.
